Why are you so proud of yourselves?

I've been lurking a little while on this sub, and I have to say that I just find this whole chamber very very annoying.<br><br>I have nothing against minimalism, but just listening to your talk about anything and everything that's so mundane and useless. It sounds like you are on a higher level of consciousness, no one can achieve it and you are a superior race.<br><br>"OMG today I threw away 10 things I didn't need anymore, I feel so free!"<br><br>"Oh nice, I threw half my family away, they didn't make me happy anymore, I'm so free".<br><br>"I bought 3 shirts that I'm not gonna wear anymore, but who cares, it was so cheap!"<br><br>"Today I bought a Mohawk, it was very expensive, but it makes me feel special!"<br><br>I don't know, I just want to say that you don't need to put the spotlight on every single detail of your life like you just walked on water.<br><br>This is just a bunch of people that like to live a simple life, and that's it, it's not a big deal, you just like to live that way, it's a preference, nothing else.<br><br>Minimalism isn't a religion, it's not even a lifestyle, it's just how a certain amount of people like to live.
