People here hate AI?

I can't understand why so many people here are so distressed by AI. I can't understand why so many people here want to portray AI as being as evil and manipulative as possible. I genuinely don't get it. <br><br>We have a new technology that could potentially change the world for the better. Why are you angry that it exists?
