My company is doing lay offs, and I was offered to go on unpaid leave to keep my job.

I have no idea what to do. My company is going for restructuring and about 5,000 jobs are going to be cut. I got an email about an offer to sign a contract to go for unpaid leave for three months, but if I decide to leave before they call me back, I will have to pay back 4 weeks of my salary now. <br><br>I am not sure what to do. It's scary because I have bills and need my money, but I am scared to be let go either. I have no idea if I can get a job or not. It's not the best company, but at least I have a job. What should I do?
