Does anyone else feel like the drugs aren't working properly anymore?

Been smoking weed for 11 years, and doing drugs for 11 years, however recently the drugs are just not doing what they used to. The weed is just making me feel sick, the drugs are making me feel sick as well. I am not sure if it's just because I've built up a tolerance or if I'm dying.
