How to save money at taco bell ?

So I went to I TACOS with my friend and we looked at the prices and he asked why they put like $.10 on every price and we said you know they kno there doing something and he said its called prices psycholgy for example a 2 dollar taco will be funnier than a 2.09 taco lol or a 3 dollar burrito will turn u away from I if it was a $3.29 cause you think they are doing and over charge you so they looked at the prices and said this dish should be $7.99 and they charged us $8.09 for example so the prices are up and you can tell they are getting ready for something.
