Why do women assume I’m not a feminist due to being a man

I come from a low to middle class family where nothing is ever about gender, it’s all about getting through life. Why do women think I’m against them just because I’m a guy. I love women I will literally do anything for them. And mind you I don’t go around dating women for fun. I’m in my 20s and still single. I haven’t had a girlfriend because I don’t want to be a low quality man and I don’t want to date for fun I want to date for love. I want to have a family and have children. I want to work hard for my family and have a happy home. I don’t go around hating women. I don’t make comments about their bodies or anything like that. I don’t even look at them like a piece of meat. I think they’re human beings with feelings. Just because I’m a man doesn’t make me a sexist pig. I’m not a feminist. But that doesn’t mean I don’t respect women. I love women and would do anything to protect them. But women seem to think that I’m against them or that I’m sexist. Why do they assume that?
