Alex Jones finally loses his latest trial, and the victims are going to receive over a billion dollars in damages.

As anyone can guess, this place tends to have a history of being very... sympathetic towards Alex Jones and his website InfoWars. Now, I'm assuming he's going to still have a huge following but this does demonstrate that spreading misinformation is going to give you problems. I mean, Alex Jones is still an asshole but the only upside of this is that this should be a warning call for people spreading misinformation that they are going to get held liable. It's not going to happen though. It's still very easy to spread propaganda. Those victims should have gotten compensation a long time ago.<br><br>Edit: I'm very aware that a lot of the regulars here also have a tendency to downplay anti-semitism but I really want to emphasize my sympathy for the victims affected by Sandy Hook. It's terrible what Alex Jones did.
