How do I live on 1000€/month in Europe?

I have 1000€ each month to cover all my expenses, food, rent, laundry. I live in eastern Europe where it is much cheaper than western Europe but I have found that budgeting this much money to be very difficult. Is it possible to cover all your expenses on 1000€/month or am I delusional? I am relying on my brother to pay my phone bill because I'm dependent on my phone for work.<br><br>How can I cut back on my expenses? I have a gym membership which I have not gone to in many, many years. I know I'll cancel that. Is there anything else that I can do to live on 1000€/month?
