Being a single dad with half custody is just as hard as being a single mom but I don't have a rally cry of support behind me

I think single dads need (and deserve) the same level of recognition and accolades that single moms do. It's not an easy job and for me, it's made more difficult because there is such a bias towards giving custody to mothers over dads and there's just as much animosity towards dads getting welfare/assistance as there is towards moms.<br><br>For those saying I wouldn't trade it for the world...you don't have to, I don't want to. My kid is my world but that doesn't change how difficult being a single parent is.
