Are there any productivity books/five-minute reads that actually offer something new or insightful? Or at least a clever idea?

I've read some classics/family names, and the basic ideas are good. However, every new book seems to rehash the same old ideas with the odd anecdote tossed in.

TLDR: New stuff on productivity or at least an insightful idea that no one else has mentioned.

Edit: I'm just a junior software engineer, so I've got no credentials. I'm also not trying to sell anything here or start a fight. I'm actually pretty much the exact opposite of a self-help guru. I'm a beleaguered junior engineer trying to meet deadlines and do the whole self-improvement thing.
