What's the best meal prep for the gym goer

I've lost a lot of weight since June(70 lbs) and I'm trying to gain some muscle now so I need high protein and high calorie meals to help me gain weight and muscle. I want meal prep so I don't have to make something everyday. I've tried chicken breast with a side of rice and carrots but that's so plain and boring . I'm allergic to tomatoes so that's out of the question. Please help.<br><br>Edit:just wanted to forgot to mention I'm a broke college student , trying to be healthy so any suggestions that are cheap and easy would be great.?
