I had sex with my sister and now I'm pregnant

I'm 22, my sister is 18. I could give you details about how it happened but I'm aware how cliché this whole thing is so just know that it did. <br><br>I've been having sex with my sister for the past year. I didn't know I was pregnant until my stomach starting getting bigger and my periods stopped. I bought a pregnancy test and it came out positive, so I went to the doctor and now I'm here. <br><br>I'm scared. I don't know how my family will react if they find out. I don't know how my sister will react if she finds out. I don't know if we'll be able to keep the pregnancy a secret. I'm not even sure if I want to keep it. <br><br>I don't know when my period was so we went for an ultrasound and the doctor said the fetus was 14 weeks old. We saw the heartbeat and everything. <br><br>I don't know how to tell her. I'm afraid I'll destroy her life by telling her. I'm AFRAID. <br><br>And I'm happy. I've always loved my sister more than anything in the world and now I see the life we may build together.<br><br>I need help. I don't know what else to do. I always loved her soooo much.<br><br>Help me, please.
