Can anyone recommend me resources for learning German?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I've recently got a German girlfriend and am really keen to learn some German to improve our talking and relationship. I've tried Babbel but I'm finding it a bit tricky and sometimes confusing, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend good resources for learning. I've also tried using Google translate, however, that can be inaccurate. <br><br><br><br>Thank you for your help
