Hey everyone in this sub.

I like to come on here to get some ideas for my next meal prep session, but these days I find myself scrolling past 75% of the posts I see, just because there must be a minimum of 5 different colours on that plate or it won't gain any likes.

And don't even get me started about these perfect arranged fruit and granola snacks on top of a white marble table or something...

I'm getting a bit tired of only seeing these meal preps on this sub, and I'm not sure if anyone else is feeling the same way.

In my opinion this sub is supposed to be for people who are looking for a quick, budget friendly, easy and healthy way to eat without having to think too much about what they're gonna eat during the next days.

Normally meal preps are made in big portions, like a big pot of soup for example, or 6 identical portions of rice, chicken, veggies and potatoes.

And that's not something that you can take a nice looking photo of.

I'd love to see some simple and easy meal prep recipes with whole foods and no unnecessary supplements on here, even when they're not perfect for the eye.

What do you guys think?
