Everyone should watch the movie A Scanner Darkly

it’s about people whose perception of reality is blurred by an addictive drug called D. They see creepy human figures in their peripheral vision that aren’t actually there. <br><br>It also gives them split personalities, one good personality, one bad. It’s based on a Philip K Dick book so similar themes to the Matrix are discussed but from a more realistic and psychological perspective.<br><br>I’m convinced that this is what the world is like, a subset of cognitive prisoners living in an ominous and oppressive Truman show-esque reality. What are your thoughts on it?
