Landlord and neighbour are the fucking worst

Im fucking fed up. I woke up at 5am this morning to some guy hammering the fucking balcony. He came in and started shouting at me, telling a tenant in the same building that I need to move to a different apartment, or he won’t finish the renovations to the balcony. So I’m left with a fucking gaping hole in the wall and a balcony that’s falling apart and open to the elements. He won’t finish it till I move out. We had all this shit last time he did the balcony. He put holes in the wall and left it open for months, a fucking rat ended up in the fucking kitchen. I saw it on the counter. I just gave up and moved out to a different place and then after a few months he changed his mind and told me he wouldn’t even do the fucking balcony at all. So I ended up paying for someone else to make it safe again. A few months ago he told me that the balcony was unsafe and he was going to fix it but I’d have to move to a different apartment for the workers to use to access the balcony. I said that he’d done the same thing last time and I was going to have to tell the fucking police to stay out of it. He said that he was going to get the fucking police to call on me and tell me that I was breaking the law. So fucking much fucking bullshit. I’m so done with this. The neighbour is also the fucking worst, he has been warning people that stay at my place that I’m not a good tenant and that they should be careful and telling them to take pictures of the place so that I get my deposit back etc. We had to call the fucking police on him for harassing me. He even got a restraining order out of the whole thing and now he’s harassing the fucking landlord to kick me out because he says I’m violent. I’m fucking not. He told me that I was a piece of shit and if he wanted to he could end a persons life and that it wouldn’t be the first time. I’m fucking over this. The landlord wants to kick me out so fucking bad but I’m not fucking moving. We had to call the police on him a couple years ago because he came to the apartment and started yelling at me and my family, telling me that he doesn’t want to see my fucking face anymore and that he wants me out. At one point I told him that he didn’t own me and he fucking grabbed me. So the fucking cops came and fuck all happened. He didn’t care and just fucking smiled at the cops. Fucker even fucking wrote up another fucking contract with me with a 3 month lease instead of a 12 month lease and then took it back and said it was just a fucking draft. Draft? What the fuck kind of draft do you write up a contract for a tenant and sign it and then just take it and say it was a draft? He fucking planned that shit. He’s a piece of shit.
