Can anyone recommend me a meal prep that can help with my skin?

I’m trying to cut out processed foods and eat more fruits and veggies because I feel like it’s going to help with my skin. I have acne and hyperpigmentation. I do take vitamins so I know I’m not lacking on anything, so I’m thinking the only other factor is food. I can’t all the time cook on weekends because I’m busy so I love meal prepping. <br><br>Any tips and recommendations would be great! Thank you!
