So we need your help to make this sub run more smoothly. As we've grown, so have the number of complaints, in addition to the increased number of sellers directly trying to circumvent the rules.

Of course, we can't please everyone every time, however, something that has become clear is that the current price formula is not satisfactory to many of our users. Further, we've noticed that many sellers are intentionally misstating the cost of the item to get cheaper prices, or get around the free option.

So here's what we've decided. From now on, mods will review each listing and decide the price based on our own research. Previously, we simply accepted the sellers' price because it was very easy to consume the listings at the volume we were seeing. However, it appears that prior to asking the seller about the cost, we should have done our own research to come up with a price ourselves.

So what does this mean for you, the seller? First, don't bother sounding off in the comments or PM'ing us. We've heard your story a million times over. Whether or not you actually sell for the prices you claim, your price is irrelevant for the purposes of this sub. It's quite simple: if you don't like the price we set, then delete the post and accept that our sub isn't for you.

Second, if you list multiple items in one post, they will be reviewed as a group. If you list an entire collection for sale, the price of that collection will be the price of similar collections found for sale on the internet.

Third, understand that our prices are based on completed listings, primarily from Ebay. If you think you can find a better price, then please, find it. We will examine that listing ourselves, but if we think it's fake or otherwise not legitimate, we won't consider it, and will just go with our price.

Lastly, we will no longer offer free listings for your "cost". Your cost is irrelevant, as we have no way of verifying it, and sellers have abused this in the past. We only consider the price that an item *actually* sells for, which is almost always less than what sellers are asking.

So we appreciate you reading this, and we will no longer engage sellers about price on a post-by-post basis. If you have an issue with this, then simply do not use our sub.

TLDR: Mods will now review the price of every item in the listing, and set a price based on completed sales on the internet. If there are multiple items in one listing, the price is for all items included. Free listings will be based on our findings, not the seller's claimed cost.
