I made a lot of food this week. My wife and I work 12 hour shifts all weekend so we need extra food. I rarely follow a specific recipe. I keep it simple. A lot of times it’s a bag of vegetables, a bag of meat, a seasoning packet, and some oil and water. I can’t give a recipe for what I make, I just cook. <br><br>This week I made a lot of food. I still have enough for 3-4 more meals. I have some leftovers and frozen vegetables I can use. The boys can have cereal. We won’t starve. <br><br>Next week, I’m going to go for more snacks and more fruit. It’s hard to feed teenage boys. They don’t stop eating. My wife and I no longer prep on the weekends. We need a break from cooking and eating.
