User feedback has been completely ignored

I think we have all been complaining about the so called "new update" for more than a month now.<br><br>You know what happened? NOTHING.<br><br>No changes were made by OpenAI, the user feedback and concerns were totally ignored.<br><br>I have read a lot of comments in this sub saying that OpenAI is a private company and they are free to choose whether to take our concerns seriously or not.<br><br>This is not how a business should operate. Do you think that if it was Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or any kind of social media platform, they will completely ignore the feedback of their users?<br><br>It might be a so called "AI model which is aimed to replace human workers" but it failed to be user friendly and people are expressing their concerns and disappointment about it.<br><br>The way they completely ignored the feedback of their users is shameful.
