I am a 22 year old female that plays volleyball and lacrosse. Currently I am a college student, I have 2 classes morning and afternoon everyday, and 2 days a week I work a second job 4-10pm, so that means I need a lot of energy and time saving food. I do my meal prep for the week in one day. I typically spend 3 hours on meal prep because I cook protein, carbs, snacks, and a few veggies.

I usually make 5 of each meal.

Protein: I usually make chicken tenders, chicken breast, salmon, or steak.

I marinate them with a sauce, I usually use BBQ sauce, teriyaki sauce, or Buffalo sauce. I put the sauce in a big bowl and put the raw chicken tenders in the bowl and coat the tenders with the sauce. Then I lay the chicken tenders on a pan, and put in the oven at 400°F for 40 minutes.

Carbs: I usually make white rice, sweet potatoes, or quinoa. Sweet potatoes are sooo easy to make! I put them in the oven at 400°F for 40 minutes. Then I top them with Almond butter, honey, or cinnamon.

Snacks: I usually make energy balls, granola bars, fruit cups, and chocolate chip cookies. I make my energy balls with almond butter, peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats, and honey. I make my granola bars with peanut butter, chocolate chips, oats, honey, and almonds.

Veggies: I do not usually buy veggies for meal prep. I personally don’t like veggies, so I usually don’t eat them. But I do make myself eat one serving of veggies a day. I usually make carrots and celery. I put them in a pan of water and simmer for 30 minutes.

I save my meals in tupperware. I usually get fatigued after a long day, so meal prep is so helpful. If anyone needs any recipes for meal prep, I am happy to share.

...

Edit: Thank you for all the awards!!! I appreciate it so much!!
