Hello, hello, hello!

Alright you guys. I'm in my 40s. I've been in the 300-400 range since I was 5. Literally my whole life. I'm not on death's door or anything. My cardiologist does what he thinks he can do because he doesn't want to be the guy who gets me dropped at the ER for a "fatty heart explosion". It's funny to him, but annoying to me.

My friend was asking me about all of this. She's just past early pregnancy and being tired. (Congratulations to her and her fiancé, btw.)

She asked how I keep it off my face. I'm also in the "normal" range for fat in my face. She didn't expect it. Here's my answer. I type like me.

f\*\*\*: face fat comes off the same way normal fat does. You just eat slightly better.

I've been around 300-400 my whole life. I've been on the older side of the spectrum even at 5. There's some health issues because I was a crappy eater, but once I had a heart attack, I was on a super strict diet.

No veggies or fruits were off the table. But when I ate meat, it was lean. I stopped eating huge meals and stopped eating after a certain time.

I also slept a lot better.

Think of your body like a car and your food is like the fuel. You need the right fuel to go. You can't put diesel in a gas engine. You need the right fuel to run properly.

I apologize if this is offensive. It's nothing intentional.

Thank you.
