Chambers Meme Collection

I just want a catalog of popular memes from Reddit. I would think it would definitely be a useful app, and also be a possibly hilarious addition. The app would be a collection of memes purloined from various chambers (r/imposter, r/veryadult, r/kingcobrajfs, r/offmychest, etc.) and other sources. The app could possibly be used in the same way that people use meme page Instagram accounts. It could be a new type of social media. People could post their favorite memes and/or the app could have a global meme feed with the most popular memes of the day.
