My (39m) wife (34f) of five years came out as a lesbian last year. In our town, she met a woman who is in a poly relationship with two further women. We'll refer to them as Sarah, Jo, and Emily.

We sat down as a family and talked it through and everyone was comfortable with polyamory, although I was a little apprehensive. We all agreed that we should do whatever made us happy and to support each other in whatever way that we could.

My wife started dating Sarah, who is in an open relationship with Jo and Emily. Jo and Emily are not together, they are just close friends. We've all met and as a group of friends we get on really well. My wife and Sarah started a romantic relationship and Emily asked me out on a date.

Emily's relationship with Sarah has been friendly but not romantic in nature. We went on a date and I was smitten. We immediately started a romantic relationship and have been really close ever since. My wife is supportive of this and so is Sarah.

The problem now is that Jo and Sarah were supposed to be going on a romantic trip together, but Jo has been cheating on Sarah with someone she met at work and has now left the relationship. Sarah is devastated and doesn't know what to do, or where to go from here. She's put the house that they shared up for sale and is crying constantly. Jo has now told Sarah that she wants to be with her new partner and that it's been the plan all along.

I asked Sarah if she would like to move in with me and my wife and she has agreed. Jo's infidelity has really torn Sarah apart and I feel awful for not being able to do anything. I'm glad that Jo is gone but at the same time, I'm not glad because Sarah is so torn up.

I don't know what to do, I do love Emily but if I'm being completely honest then I also have strong feelings for Sarah. I don't know if it's just because I feel sorry for her, or if it's because I love her, but I know that my wife and Sarah do love each other.

I don't know where to go from here, it's a very confusing situation.

It looks like we've all decided to be in a poly relationship together.
