What are the most useful items to bring back in time?

I have been writing a time-traveling fantasy story as a bit of a passion project. It is an alternate history story where a research scientist gets sent back in time to the year 1304. I am specifically writing the book in the style of a fantasy novel. The idea is that time travel is inherently magical, and the main character is trying to create a better world.

After spending a bit of time with the project, I have been going through and brainstorming a list of the most useful items to bring back in time. I have already sent the model back with model 3 hearing aids and an insulin pump, but at this point I'm deciding what else he can bring back.

I have an entire apartment to play with, but the idea is to have him create things like the weighted blankets, which he can bring back in time. Anyway, I just need some more suggestions.

Here's what I have so far:

* model 3 hearing aids (I figured this was top of the list because being able to talk to people is very difficult when you can't hear them)
* insulin pump and insulin (my main male character is a type 1 diabetic, but outside of the plot for my book, it could be useful for diabetics before the invention of insulin)
* paclitaxel (Cancer treatment drug that was invented in the 60s)
* Zithromax (Antibiotic that was invented in the 70s)
* Spiriva (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment that was invented in the 90s)
* ritalin (Adderall for adhd)
* Ambien (insomnia treatment, my main character is an insomniac, but this could also be used to knock people out for surgery)
* Concerta (Adderall for adhd)
* adderall (Adderall for adhd)
* asthma inhalers (although the medicine in these will eventually run out)
* model 3 earbuds (these have been very useful in keeping my main character awake during the night)
* model 3 Apple watch (This has been used as a makeshift hearing aid by using the live listen feature of the airpods and the apple watch. It has also been used as a glucose monitor for my diabetic main character)

* Sheets made of microfiber (As weighted blankets)
* Sheex athletic sheets (As athletic wear)
* baby formula
* baby wipes
* 48 two-hundred count packs of ibuprofen (I figured this was the best model)
* 24 two-hundred count packs of acetaminophen (I figured this was the best model)
* 24 two-hundred count packs of naproxen (I figured this was the best model)
* Epinephrine injectors (I figured these would be good for allergies)
* Benadryl (I figured this would be good for allergies)
* tampons
* xanax
* 36 forty-five count packs of oral birth control
* 36 forty-five count packs of oral birth control
* 18 thirty-one count packs of oral birth control
* Claritin (Antihistamine)
* Imitrex (migraine drug)
* model 3 Macbook Air
* model 3 model 3 Iphones
* Iphone chargers
* Macbook air chargers
* Five pairs of model 3 airpods
* Five pairs of model 3 airpods pro
* Five pairs of model 3 beats fit pro
* Five pairs of model 3 beats studio buds
* Five pairs of model 3 beats flex
* Two hundred count pack of model 3 hearing aid batteries
* Two hundred count pack of model 3 hearing aid batteries
* Two hundred count pack of model 3 hearing aid batteries
* weighted blankets

I'm trying to go for not just useful things, but also things that are discretely useful. The idea is that this is a fantasy time-travel book and I am trying to make it seem more magical.

I am particularly looking for things that the main character can consume, but if you have more ideas for anything please let me know.
