Meal prep for a family?

I’ve just had my first baby, she’s three months old and I’m getting really tired of meal prep. I’m exclusively breastfeeding so I’m pretty hungry. I’m also really busy and cooking a meal for every lunch and dinner isn’t sustainable for me (I have a full time job, leave the house every morning, and can’t leave the office for lunch).

I have a bunch of what are called keepers in New Zealand- containers that are fridge or freezer friendly that are 650 calories each. I just fill them with brown rice, a roast chicken, and some veggies, and it’s enough for a meal. I’ve done that for the last three years and it’s been fine.

But now with a baby, I’m so tired all the time. And I’m not sure if this will be sustainable. To make enough for me and my partner and my baby, I need to make 9 sets of 3 keepers, plus leave a few extras. Which is just exhausting.

I can’t travel for an hour a day on public transit and work and maintain a house and prep 30 meals a week.

Does anyone know of any other ways to meal prep that don’t involve quite so much work?
