I have 700$ left until the end of the Month and its only the 7th. I have manage to spend over 4000$ this month: What should I do?

I have literally spent money on everything I can manage to spend on for this month, I have 700$ left, I feel like I do not have anything left to spend on ,ouses are expensive in our country and getting a one bedroom to rent would cost me at least 600$ for the month and I do not want to spend on a hotel. So I have 700$ left, no idea where to spend it safely, no PO Box to use, I do not have a CC to get cash advance, I have tried hair salons and other cosmetics, they do not accept cards. No PG shops and online it is also not available and if I buy something online I have to spend 20$ on delivery and I will get it in 25-30 days. I live in a small city so no shopping malls and no parking garage, I have spent on food and now I am left with 700$, any ideas on what I can spend it on?
