I contacted support and they just gave me a canned response

So I asked support for a refund for an annual subscription that was taken out of my bank 5 days ago. I was told 3-5 business days for a refund.<br><br>I asked support how come when I first signed up for the story it was only 1 month. They told me it was a mistake. I asked them how come they awarded me 2 months the first time I signed up and they just gave me one of those canned responses that I've never seen before.<br><br>People in the comments are saying to cancel your subscription because it won't be active after the 30 day window so you can still cancel it.<br><br>The saga continues lol
