CMV: Most Conservatives do not believe in a Living Constitution, only that the SCOTUS should be filled with Conservative Justices

I think most conservatives know that the Constitution is outdated in many ways. Even Conservatives cannot deny that parts of the Constitution are very outdated, such as no right to Contraception, Gay Marriage, or the procedures needed to amend the Constitution.<br><br>This is why many conservatives believe that the Constitution should be amended and believe that many of the conservative judges appointed were wrong, like Alito. Yet conservatives will still advocate for appointing conservative judges.<br><br>Why do conservatives want more conservative judges if conservatives don't believe in a Living Constitution? The reason why is that conservatives are trying to make a Constitutional Convention more likely. <br><br>By stacking the Supreme Court with hardcore conservatives, conservatives want to force a Constitutional Convention. How do Conservatives do this? By making rulings so out of touch with the majority of Americans, like overturning Roe v. Wade, that a Constitutional Convention is the only option left to create a more modern Constitution.
