AITA for creating a fake ‘family emergency’ to get my husband to come home while I give birth

My husband is the baby’s dad. Obviously. <br><br>My husband is an actor, and he was filming another commercial on set. He gets a lot of these gigs- just commercial after commercial. <br><br>I had asked him to cancel in the case that he was filming at the same time I was due. He refused because he said he had already signed a contract, and they paid him to much to back out.<br><br>I was surprised by going in to labor a week earlier than I was due. I didn’t call my husband until I needed to come to the hospital. I told him that my mom had been in a car accident, and he could come home. <br><br>I just didn’t want to have my baby without my husband. <br><br>I was already 7cm when he showed up at the hospital. He was livid, but he love watching his son come into the world. He calmed down a few hours after his baby was born, and even joked that it was a good thing he would upset I didn’t give him real life drama instead of TV drama.
