This is a throwaway account I made for this as I don’t feel comfortable posting this on my main.

When I was about six years old I was playing in the front yard.

My dad was in the house and after a while I got bored of playing alone and decided to go inside. As I walked towards the front door I noticed a man was following behind me. He was about 5’9, skinny, and kind of pale with shaggy blonde hair and bright blue eyes. He looked like he was in his mid 20’s.

I didn’t think much of him, assuming he was probably selling something or wanting to use our phone.

When I got to the front door, I noticed it was cracked open a little bit. Thinking nothing of it I opened the door and walked in. The man I saw outside followed behind me. I walked into the kitchen to look for my dad but he wasn’t there. I decided to call out for him thinking he was in the backyard or something.

The man behind me said “oh hello little girl, what’s your name?”. I looked back at him and said “I’m Jenny”. (my real name is not Jenny it’s just what I’m calling myself in this post for privacy)

He looked really weird and I didn’t feel comfortable. I called out for my dad again and the same thing happened and the man asked me another question. I told him “no, I don’t talk to strangers”.

He got a weird creepy looking smile on his face and said “well I’m not a stranger, I’m your friend”. I called out for my dad for a third time and that’s when he came into the kitchen.

He asked the man “who are you?”. The man hesitated for a second and then ran out the front door.

My dad asked me “why did you let him in Jenny?”. I asked him “what do you mean? Didn’t you leave the door cracked open?”. He said “no, I had the door closed”.

I think that that man cracked open the door and waited for me to open it so he had an excuse to walk in. If my dad hadn’t come into the kitchen I don’t know what would have happened.

He called the police and they looked for the man but never found him.

My dad has always been a great protector and I’m so lucky to have him. He always taught me to be cautious and how to stay protected in certain situations like this.

So Creepy weird guy who walked into my house when I was little, let’s not meet again.
