Part 1:
The United States has a budget of 7.5 trillion. That means the government should have a lot of money left over, right? There must be a lot of financial waste, according to the government. They get to spend 7.5 trillion. With a "lot of money left over," why are we in debt? In addition, the United States has a GDP of 25.4 trillion. Why is this nation in debt when corporations make so much money? Why do we pay taxes? Why are we in debt?
Part 2:
The government spends 7.5 trillion dollars, yet gets 7.5 trillion back in taxes. This is 7.5 trillion dollars not accounted for. Why are we in debt?
Part 3:
The government spends 7.5 trillion, but makes 7.5 trillion in taxes. That is 15 trillion accounted for. Yet our nation has a GDP of 25.4 trillion. What is happening with this 10.4 trillion dollars?
Part 4:
The government spends 7.5 trillion, makes 7.5 trillion in taxes, and the GDP is 25.4 trillion. Where did all of our money go?
