Stop the abuse of the "Tested" tag

It is unbelievably annoying to see people that have just started a project, and have not even bothered to run it once tagging it as "Tested" and expect the community to "Test" it for them. Not only is that a false claim, but it is abhorrently rude and an abuse of the community's time and resources.

If you have not tested a model, do not claim it is tested when it is not.

This is not only false advertising. It is a waste of people's time to spend hours to days to train a model, only to find out there was some unlisted bug in the code that makes it completely unusable.

Furthermore, you are not entitled to the community's testing. If you cannot test your own model, you should not bother submitting it and you should not be working on the project.
