UPDATE: I (26M) couldn't believe my girlfriend (25F) is letting her ex move in with us. It's now been 3 days.

First of all I want to thank those of you who responded to my last post. Thank you for the advice, the messages and the support. I'm not going to lie, after reading most of the comments from my last post, I felt like I was in a movie or something. It didn't feel like my actual life was in complete disarray.

I thought I'd update you all quick. The three of us sat down and talked last night. My girlfriend looked at her ex boyfriend and she told him that he couldn't stay with us anymore. She told him that she already agreed to let him stay and she couldn't tell him no because she felt bad and didn't want to hurt his feelings.

She is now going to go to her sister's house to stay the night. Her ex boyfriend is going to stay at our house tonight and then he is going to go to his parents tomorrow to stay the night. I guess she felt like it was important that he at least had one night in our spare room haha!

So far everything is okay. He is currently just lying in the spare room bed. He hasn't even looked at me besides when I offered him a piece of chicken. I gave him one of my drumsticks haha! He did look at the chicken a little weird when I gave it to him though, so maybe he thinks it was a leg from a human idk.

It's currently 8:41PM and I'm just sitting by myself in the living room, waiting for her to finish getting ready. We plan on going out to eat some food, then going to her sister's house and watching a movie. Tomorrow we are going to come back to the house that we live in together and do whatever it is that we do together in a house that we share as a couple.

Thank you all for your help.

PS: Her ex boyfriend just walked out of the spare room, came into the living room and then began to scan the room. We don't have much in the living room, just a few pictures, a large TV, a couch and a chair. I asked him if he needed any help finding anything and he said "No, I'm just looking for anything that might be valuable."

He just put the TV in his car. I'm going outside now haha.

EDIT#2: I can't respond to everyone right now and I'm not going to give any more details about the TV or anything else. We both feel a little uncomfortable that we put a lot of our personal lives on the internet. We're a private couple and we didn't think about that until now. The only thing I want to say is that we really appreciate all of the support and the advice that you guys gave us. We thank every single one of you who took the time to help us.

EDIT#3: We removed all of our socials, but we decided to keep this just for the memories :)
