Any other teachers find themselves constantly correcting younger teacher's emails?

Any other teachers find themselves constantly correcting younger teacher's emails? I've got a few colleagues of mine that are recent graduates and they refuse to proofread most of their emails. I've come across everything from teacher's not capitalizing their name in the signature to misspelling common phrases. It's frustrating because these are the people that I'm going to be trusting to be a colleague for. I've also seen the same mistakes show up in their lesson plans so it's not a one time mistake.
