Hey everyone, I posted this on an old thread but the comments have stopped. Here it is again in a new thread. <br>(1) 1.5 oz organic unsalted chicken breast, topped with 6g of cream cheese. <br>(2) 3 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast, topped with 1g of black pepper shredded cheese.<br>(3) 3 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast<br>(4) 3 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast topped with 1g of shredded cheddar cheese<br>(5) 5 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast topped with 2g of shredded cheddar cheese <br>(6) 2.5 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast topped with 1g of shredded cheddar cheese<br>(7) 2 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast topped with 2g of shredded cheddar cheese<br>(8) 3 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast topped with 1g of cheddar cheese<br>(9) 1.5 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast topped with 1g of shredded cheddar cheese<br>(10) 2.5 oz of organic unsalted chicken breasts <br>(11) 2.5 oz of organic unsalted chicken breast <br><br>My macros for each chicken breast are as follows: <br>Calories: 61<br>Fat: 1g<br>Carb: 0g <br>Protein: 14g<br><br>This meal prep is for the week of 11/12-11/18.<br>I can use shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese as topping for the chicken breasts. <br>How should I top the chicken breasts? <br>Thank you for your help :)
