Personalized app recommendation

I can't be the only one who'd like this. The app stores we have now are great and all, but there exists a lot of junk out there. I would like to see an app that would sort out the chaff for you. This would be done by an algorithm that parses reviews for each app, and then compares what the reviewers are looking for against what each app has to offer. For example, someone is looking for an app to keep track of calories in food. The algorithm will feature apps that have a large number of reviewers saying the app has a good database of foods, and does a good job of keeping track of calories. Saying this, there could also be a feature in the app that would let you rate your satisfaction with the app after a week of using it. If your satisfaction is high, the app will continue to show this app to users looking for the same calorie tracking features.
