Am I too skeptical? I've been reading about the advanced tech the Aliens are supposed to have, and nothing makes sense. Like what is the propulsion system that would allow them to travel millions of light years, or even across the galaxy to get here? Or where does the power come from to operate such a system?

We all know the gas station thing, where we all starve to death with our SUV's stuck in the gas stations. According to the Hinode satellite, the Sun puts out 96.3 megawatts per square foot, which would mean 450 megawatts per square yard, 3240 megawatts per square mile, and about 1 billion megawatts per square kilometer.

What advanced propulsion system would require enough power to energize the Sun to get here, assuming the Aliens are coming from a distant star?

I have looked at several star maps, and none have any significant stars near us. We have about 100 stars within 60 light years, but none of them are large enough to support planets.

So the Aliens are able to travel at least 60 light years to get here, assuming they didn't come from a dead star. They would have to travel across interstellar space, where there is no energy source at all. It would be like a sailboat that is hundreds of miles off the coast in the middle of the Ocean, where it would have no wind.

And if they were going to travel across the galaxy, it would take years, if not decades, just to get to the nearest other galaxy. The nearest one is the Andromeda Galaxy, which is about 2.5 million light years away. So if they were coming from there, they would have had to start their journey 2.5 million years ago.

If they were coming from a different galaxy, like the Triangulum galaxy, which is about 3.5 million light years away, they would have had to start their journey 3.5 million years ago.

But we did not have people roaming the planet until about 200,000 years ago. Before then, we were all cavemen.

And what about the other planets in our system? Do the Aliens think we are so important that they are willing to burn up a Sun to travel millions of light years just to visit us? Or do they visit all of the planets that have life?

And assuming they are coming from a planet near another star, are they willing to burn up their star to travel millions of light years just to visit us? Or are they searching other planets to find another source of energy?

But what other source of energy would they have? A nuclear reactor that would last millions of years? A fusion reactor that would last millions of years? Fission or fusion reactors don't come any larger than 1 gigawatt. So there is no system that would have enough power to travel millions of light years.

But what is the best thing about UFOs? The Aliens are always visiting every country in the world, but they never land at an airport. They always land in some obscure place out in the middle of nowhere. Or the Aliens are very intelligent, but they are terrible pilots and can't navigate.

And what is the point of their visits? Do they want to abduct animals? Do they want to rape and probe people? Or do they just want to make crop circles? And why don't they want us to know they are visiting us?

And why do they have to abduct people in order to do experiments on them? We have a species on the planet like Chimpanzees that are similar to us, so why don't they just do experiments on the Chimpanzees?

I am skeptical of anything that doesn't have a motive or a reason for their action. When the motive is missing, and the action is random, it appears the action is just for the purpose of the action. So I am skeptical of any stories and sightings.
