How to meal prep salmon for the next 2-3 day

I’m having a hard time keeping salmon for the next 2 day day. I marinate made some salmon last night, and cooked it in my instant pot and now it tastes like paper cardboard. <br>Does anyone have suggestion on types of fish and how to cook it?
