Actual moms on Chambers think I'm a he/him because I'm a mom. They are even implying that I'm a single dad (im a 26F) because I posted about my child's birth on ANOTHER SUBREDDIT (r/relationships) in which I didn't explicitly state my gender.

So I recently posted on r/relationships because I didn't want my child's birth to be associated with my main and we have a history of me being doxxed. So I posted with a throwaway on r/relationships about how I'm thinking about leaving my husband just hours after having our baby because he screamed at me in the car on the way to the hospital.

The post itself got a lot of attention but what really caught my attention was when I posted it on a mom chamber and everyone was like "Ew, no woman does that. Real women stand by their families no matter what" and then I started getting PMs asking me if I was a "single dad" or where my wife was. I was like "Uh, I'm a mom. I don't have a wife, my husband is the one I want to leave" and they just went radio silent.

I seriously cannot believe that mothers are so willing to victim blame and think I'm a man just because a woman is in a crisis. Like yes I get it, my actions were questionable, but I'm literally in the process of dealing with my ptsd and trying to make my family function. Like damn, I guess I really shouldn't expect anything out of mothers since they literally birthed the men who abuse us.

Edit: Thank you to the anon mom who DMed me and stood by my side giving me advice on how to deal with the situation, that really meant a lot to me. And for those of you who messaged me saying I'm not a "real mom", I hope my daughter grows up to be a strong woman who can deal with your bullshit.
