Why is everyone calling the new Taylor Swift Album Red (Taylor's Version) when it's only like 30% of the songs that are Taylor Swift songs, the rest are bonus tracks that she's never released before?

The title is very misleading to me. At least in the title say bonus tracks or something, it's like she's trying to deceive people.
