Guy I like is vegan and says stealing meat is okay. Is he a poser?

I have been going out with this guy for few weeks. He is vegan, which is great because I am vegan too. But he has this opinion that stealing animal products is okay. Like if you steal an egg to make an omelette or a milk to make porridge, it is okay. But if you steal a plant based milk it is not okay. I don't think this is fair. I also don't think it makes sense because animal products are more expensive than plant based products. A carton of oat milk costs like 1.5€ but a carton of milk costs 2.5€.<br><br>Is it okay to steal animal products like he says? I think we should only steal plant based products.
