AITA for asking her to pay rent after she kicked me out of the bedroom for a month?

It's been 16 months since my partner moved in with me. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment. I had a roommate before I met her and I never wanted one again.

We agreed on that she would pay 2/3 of the rent since there's an extra room for her to have an office. She also has a lot more clothes and shoes and make up than me and take longer baths. The split is based on square meters, so it's fair.

So two weeks ago she tells me she's going to have her sister and her family come over to stay for a month. Her sister's house has to be renovated and they can't afford to pay rent somewhere else. She has a husband and 2 boys (5, 7). I said it was not okay because the apartment is too small for all of us to live there at the same time. She said she would move out of her office \*and into the living room for a month\*, so essentially her family could stay in the two bedrooms. I still didn't think it was a good idea but she assured me it wouldn't be a problem. She also said she'd talk to her sister and they'd split the rent between them.

Well they've been here 2 weeks so far and I've been sleeping on the couch. It's not okay. The apartment is a mess. There is boys' toys everywhere and the husband is very critical of food I buy and that I don't make my own pasta (like why do you care?). The boys also eat a lot and \*never\* clean up after themselves. It's also just too noisy all the time because you have 4 more people there. I also have to work from home and it's impossible. I just don't have time or energy to clean after 4 people.

I told her yesterday that I thought she should pay the full rent next month and she said no. I asked why and she said I was being unreasonable. When I asked her why, she said I still have a roof over my head, so I should be glad. We had a big fight over it.

AITA?
