How do I (28M) help my wife (28F) be more confident in her looks?

My wife has always been self conscious about her beard. Before you think that's weird, she had PCOS, so it makes sense. She's on metformin and spiro now, and most of it's gone. I've told her multiple times how beautiful she is, and she usually gets embarrassed and says to stop. But I want her to feel confident in her looks. She's one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen, but what can I do to get her to feel the same way?
