Hello all, I’ve been meal prepping for a couple years now and usually when I go to new gyms I notice they have meal prep services. I always love seeing what they offer so I thought it would be cool to hear what your gyms meal prep service has to offer. I’m always looking for new recipes to try. So if you have a local gym that offers meal prep and you know what they have to offer please share the meal name, macros, and ingredients. I can take it from there.

My local gym has meal prep and I’ll post a few examples to get it started

**Creamy Garlic Chicken A** (420 cal, P: 39g, C: 12g, F: 23g) Grilled chicken breast in homemade creamy garlic sauce with quinoa, zucchini, and carrots

**BBQ Chicken B** (460 cal, P: 41g, C: 30g, F: 17g) Grilled chicken breast in BBQ sauce served with roasted sweet potatoes and green beans

**Creamy Tomato Chicken A** (360 cal, P: 41g, C: 8g, F: 17g) Chicken breast in a homemade creamy tomato sauce with zucchini noodles, cherry tomatoes, and spinach

**Chicken Tikka Masala** (540 cal, P: 36g, C: 27g, F: 31g) Chicken breast in Indian style Tikka Masala sauce served with creamy basmati rice and peas/carrots

**Jamaican Jerk Chicken A** (400 cal, P: 39g, C: 18g, F: 18g) Grilled chicken breast seasoned with Jamaican jerk seasoning.
