Got pregnant the first week of trying

We did not have any trouble getting pregnant. But I have to wonder why. Now, I'm 4.5 months pregnant and I'm not having any trouble with my current pregnancy. I've had some stomach pain but I mostly felt pretty good. I'm still confused though. Does anyone know what kind of problems could cause trouble getting pregnant and if I'm the only one here that got pregnant so quickly?
