My brother almost dragged away my drunk friend out from eyesight

First of all, I'm 12 and my brother is 7 so most of the details may become fuzzy. We were at a BBQ house and my friend, let's name her Sandy, was drunk so she had to go to the bathroom. After she came out of the bathroom, while walking towards me, she passed this guy who was talking to my brother and he asked her, "Hey how about giving me a little kiss?" Or something I can't exactly remember. Sandy is 12 so she said no. So she was mad and didn't want to play at the outside play area. I asked why she didn't want to play and she said it was too embarrassing. <br><br>At first I thought she was just being shy but she told me what happened and I felt my chest tighten into a knot. I didn't want to believe it. When we came back I saw the guy who talked to my brother. He came near us and he called me over and said, "Hey I will give your friend the kiss on the cheek." So I said no and my brother ran over and said "Brother, I have something important to tell you." He motioned for the guy to come over so the guy came and he whispered very quietly so I couldn't hear him but my friends and I have heard the words "Door", "Kiss her", "Let's go", and "Drag her". I'm really sure they were planning something. But my mom saved us by telling us to go outside and play for a bit. <br><br>After we went outside my brother called out the guy again so he said, "I will go to the bathroom and you guys come after me." He went to the bathroom so my brother said to me, "Follow him and I will go find your friends." We walked towards the bathroom and my friends were about 7 feet in front of me. And then Sandy stopped and she looked at me and said, "This doesn't feel right." I nodded and we both quickly ran back and told my mom everything. She called the police and they talked to my brother and after they talked to my brother they took him away. I was so mad at my brother.
