How to improve my coding skills?

I'm 23M with a CS degree and I've been programming heavily since my teenage years. I would say that I'm an intermediate programmer (not beginner, but also not expert), but in the last 2 - 3 years I feel like I've made no progress. I didn't learn any new skills and I'm mostly doing satisfying work, but nothing exceptional. I don't feel like I'm really improving. Anyone has any tips?<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>EDIT: Thanks everyone for the advices :) I'll try to learn Rust, or maybe Haskell, since I've never done anything with functional programming.
