What guy in their right mind can make a girl a "an annexe to himself"?

That's a quote from Nietzsche, and I was thinking about it... A girl's personality, interests, accomplishments and even goals are supposed to be a secondary extension of a man's personality. A complement, but a part. How can a guy possibly do this to a girl in my opinion, and not just become a total monster? To me it sounds like a relationship with a girl who is a product of the patriarchy, where girls grow up and are educated to become an extension of the man.<br><br>&#x200B;
