ELI5: Do We Really Think Joe Biden Is Going to Be Able to Get Elected?

I don't know how to feel about it. I really dislike Joe Biden and don't think he's a good guy, but I don't want Trump to win either. I want him to win even less than Biden, but Biden just seems like an extremely poor candidate to me. I don't think he's the best choice for democrats, and I don't think he can win the election. It just seems like his campaign would be an overall massive failure if he gets the nomination.
